Your tasks:
- Plan, structure, and oversee projects within the Genetics business unit at Medicover, focusing on unit integration and digital transformation.
- Advance and implement digital systems, such as an ordering platform for managing medical sample workflows.
- Participate in tenders and prepare decision-making materials for senior management.
- Foster seamless collaboration through cross-departmental and international coordination.
- Identify and resolve structural challenges, particularly in interdepartmental communication.
Your background:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as natural sciences, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable discipline.
- Initial professional experience in project management, ideally in the medical field or with digital systems in healthcare.
- Strong analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and a structured, pragmatic work approach.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, paired with a hands-on mentality.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and standard project management tools.
